Cancelling Card Payments

Please log into your Pro-Study account. From within your dashboard you can click the 'cancel' button.

Cancelling PayPal

To cancel your payments you must stop the recurring payments through PayPal, this will then automatically cancel the subscription with us, instructions below:

Log into PayPal
Click the settings wheel in the top right hand corner
Across the top menu you should see 'Payments' - click on this
Click view on 'Manage your automatic payments'
Down the left you should see all your pre-approved payments
Select Pro-Study and you will have all the information and the option to cancel
